auto clicker/spacebar script help

I have an auto clicker that I know works, as well as a space bar script. I cannot for the life of me however, get them to keep me from going AFK in wow. I have the "auto clear" afk mode clicked and click to move. The reason is that I only have 1 session here and want to keep one of my accounts from going afk while I farm on another. Basically what I think is happening, is that for some reason, even when I have the clicker or script on and have the correct wow window open, they are not being recognized. Very strange, anyone have any suggestions or run into this problem?
