Authorization problem

Hi guys, I've just paid for the bot and it seems to have gone smoothly. I changed my logon/pass from the test to my own and it says Attempting Authorization and then doesnt do anything else. I cant use the bot or change tabs/settings.
Im pretty sure it isnt a password problem because if i enter a password i know is wrong it gives the Failed message.

Any suggestions?

Tried all that, everything is off. It worked perfect with the test account.

auth bad means bad spelling on user or pass

I get it when i try the test account aswell ?

My invoice also says Balance Due.

I guess my money hasnt gone through yet? Though i always thought paypal was instant.
