Authorization Failed!

Hello, I have been away from the bot for a couple of months want to come back, i bought HB 5 session, but when i attempt to log in and get Authorization Failed! can someone please help me out, thanks.
 
Disable UAC if you have Vista/7, also check your firewall/router and make sure your ports are open so that it can connect to honorbuddys authentication servers.
 
sorry for lack of computer knowledge, but how do i make my ports open so they can connect to honorbuddy, thanks in advance
 
alright, did everything stated above still says The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

don't know what can be blocking this
 
Antivirus?

Also, you could try disabling your Firewall, and bypassing the router and connecting straight to modem.
 
If you can login here: https://hbauth.gatherbuddy.de/

Then the issue is local to your system. Check any antivirus/firewalls you have and if necessary, add an exception for HB.
