authorization failed?

i have 5 session package (well running so far with my 5 toon)

about 20 minutes ago i rebooted my computer and watched some tv show

and i tried to restart hb

but authorization failed

what's the problem?

i purchased hb just 1 month ago

i kept trying but authorization failed again and again
