Authentification issure

When i open the bot it states invalid log in details

I am doing the same as my user pw for this site?
 
Hey,

when did you bought HB? Normally you'll receive a key per e-mail after you bought HB. You can then use this key for authentification.

I am having the same problem and the key that I recieved in my e-mail won't let me login either. I bought HB over 6 months ago and am trying to get it to run on a new computer but it just won't log in using either set of login info that I have. Please help.

then you should write an email to HB support: [email protected] and explain the problem. Best is, you add your payment details in the mail too.

you need to use your key as your username with no password, make sure theres no spaces before or after you copy and paste it in the username box.

if that dosnt work.

and make sure your key is still active, if you dont know your key, then you can get it from there.

then if your still having problems e-mail support.
 
Ok so I got into the BuddyAuth site and found my keys but it says they are expired. I bought the lifetime pass last year so how do I go about getting a key that works?

you have no keys and thats normal

you are a username based user
you must log using the same info as your shop info

It was working for 2 days now it came up with an error saying

Honorbuddy has encountered a problem

The type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.PVPSettings' threw an exception

then i will reopen and it will say max sessions authentification error with the correct key copied and pasted
 
make a new install of honorbuddy into a completely new folder, that will fix the issue.
 
there is no need for a new installation
just clear your settings folder
