Authenticator problem :(

I bought an account not too long ago, and a couple days ago my phone was destroyed and had to get a new one, only thing is new phone = new authenticator.
I have the guys name I bought it from, but I do not have his ID. Is there anything I can do to get it removed otherwise? And it has a damn, year long agreement on it, so I wish I could just get it to stop paying, I would be okay with that.

Any help?

you should have gotten a backup code when installed on phone just in case that your phone broke without being able to take auth off the account.
