Authentication Issue

Heya m8s!!

Got a trouble with loging in Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal. It often tells me incorrect pass . When i am trying to reset and email pass to me it tells something like "user must be validated first". Using HB more then for year got this issue for first time. Advices?
