Authentication failure

I went ahead and took a picture of the problem. I just bought it today, bout 5 hours ago. I try to log in using the same things as I do to login here and I get a message saying I have invalid account details. when i tried using the test version of the bot, it crashed.

try now, i think i fixed it, it is a problem with one of our resellers, i will inform him asap, he does something crazy right now and creates few issues here

No, I've got the same problem. I tried re downloading and extracting and it didn't help. Thanks for your quick attention to the problem however.

go to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal and try to login, if you can not then follow the reset password link, there is no reason why your forum account should work but your shop account not

make sure you write it case SenSitive
