authentication failure to DB server

hmmm....some errors occured with trinity so i closed the window to restart a new DB programs

nope,not offten i just try a new session when DB crashed or some trinity errors

Grrrrrr,crashed again and a authentication failue while restarting DB program...

I'm chinese tony ,Sry that my serial-number may be stolen, my IP is generally in 10.36.0.0/16, could i change a sequence number or any way solve this issue? I can provide my credit card payment records if necessary.
