Authentication failed?

I've been using HB for about 3 weeks now, and 2 days ago i tried to load it and as soon as i open it to the login screen (After opening shortcut on desktop) i click login and it says Authentication failed.

Is there a reason behind this? have i done something wrong? Any help would be much obliged.

go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and log-in. Click on the Keys tab and retrieve your key. Now just use your Key as your USERNAME and NO PASSWORD. Should work.

Funny you say that Tony, because i was just told by multiple friends that it is broken that its not working for alot of people, So why make me post a log file when you could have said this? Thanks for trying though, i do appreciate it. I'll stick it out
