Authentication Failed

Hello,

So I tried to log on to HB and kept saying authentication failed.

Then I proceeded to try and log on to the Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal site and requested a new password which I got in e-mail that I used to try and log on.

However when I attempted to log on it kept saying "Login was unsuccessful."

So now my account is locked and it says "This account is locked out because of too many invalid password attempts. Please contact support at [email protected]"

Why can't I log on to HB normally as before? Also shouldn't it be able to log me into the site with the NEW password I requested and got in the e-mail?

The problem is I can't log in with the key now since my account is locked after attempting to log in to the site too many times I guess.

Also the bot is still not working when I try to log on just stuck at "logging in..." or says "authentication failed" :(
 
reset your pass and you will be able to log in auth portal
 
Well I never got an e-mail with a new "key" and I tried resetting the password and I still can't log into the auth portal or the HB client.
 
whats the error you get on portal?
 
It is "Login was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
The user name or password provided is incorrect."
