authentication failed

Hello friends,

I recently bought 1 day of honorbuddy which worked perfectly. So great in fact I decided to buy a one year subscription.

So I did. Now I am receiving authentication failed when I try to use it. Already paid, already confirmed account.

I'm aware that this has been brought up in other forum posts. Please feel free to link me to USEFUL SOLUTIONS - I could not find them. Tell me when I can use the service I paid for.

Love the service. Hope any problems are due to our safety.
 
its not just you, im a lifetimer and im getting the same thing right now, auth servers are prolly down

This isn't something you can bypass or fix. The auth servers are down again, and the developers are trying to get it fixed up and running again. So, until they make an announcement that it's fixed then you won't be able to log in.

is there any thread that tracks when the server will back up?
 
Good question, im wondering too but cant seems to find any right now.
 
There are no "solutions" ..

We have to live with the fact that this monster called HB has been designed in such a way that it needs that bloody authentication-link all the time.
Designed not at our convenience.

Nothing but problems since last weekend.
Indeed, the "devs" keep us posted on this forum ..
Something like "we're working on it, but actually we don't have a clue".


Live with it or abandon HB and find something else.
