Authentication failed

Hi a but hb for a couple of days ago.And it worked as it should the first day.. Now i cannot log in to the bot how not be able to do so for 3 day.
A get Authentication failed every single time. a hawdon everything to make it to work reinstall it..Sorry for my bad english

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc, in that folder you'll find a file called "hosts" (no extension). Open it with a text editor. Check online for what the default contents would be.
