Authentication failed!

just bought a bot. but when I try to log in with my key, I get "Authentication failed!" all the time.
anyone have a tip what to do?

Thats not your fault... The server dont work without fails... Try again and again. Maybe you have luck and can login.

when this happens to me i tend to just restart my pc and it seems to fix this issue. hope this helps.
