"authentication failed"

Hi i just bought the 1 session elite edition and got honor buddy installed ect. When i entered my key honor buddy stopped responding and the application closed. I then went to re-open it and again entered my key. This time it told me it "max sessions" and "authentication failed". anyone know the problem?

For "max sessions" errors your need to go to buddyauth, log in, go to sessions, and kill whatever session is there.

I've also had random issues with "authentication failed" errors since last night, not sure what the issue is. If you have further problems you should post in the support forums.
