Authentication Failed

I bought it for a year in November I think, and didn't use it from like March till now, now I can't use it. I've made sure my shop Username/Login are the same as what HB is using, still says Authentication Failed. Anyone have an idea why?

Edit: I tried Logging in with test/t3st and it still says authentication failed? I have no idea what's going on

have you tried to restart your pc?
do you share your login info?
 
I've never shared my login info with anyone. And no haven't tried restarting PC, will now though.

Probably have an hb or gb instance sitting in the background, restarting should fix it.
 
Restart didn't work. I'm guessing someone has my info and is logged in, and that's why it's still saying session limit? I'm going to change the password, hopefully that will log them out, if that's what's going on.
Edit: Changing the pass did nothing. :/

It wouldn't kick them out if they have it open, you'd have to wait for them to log out... if that's the case. Also, make sure you're not logged into the auth website (ie. uploading a profile), because that counts as a session.
 
I can't login to the auth website, so not logged in there ha. So yeah I guess that's the only possibility. I wonder if I could get my account banned and then reinstated? Would that kick them off?

test and t3st not work for my friend now, he wanna test, but get "The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?"
