Authentication Failed

Hello, I just purchased Honor Buddy key and followed the directions the best I could for activating the key. I have a forum and BuddyAuth account setup. I can login to both, but when I run HonorBuddy, the login authentication fails.

Now on my BuddyAuth account, I can see the key that was emailed to me, and it shows up in the "Unused/Inactive" sections for the "keys" area. When I view the sessions area of BuddyAuth I have no current sessions.

I don't know how to get my key to run as an active session. Any advice?
