Authentication Failed

So I used honor buddy a few months back very smoothly. Just came back and tried to start using it to no avail. I created one of the Buddy Auth Portal Id's, and tried to open the client w/ the key listed but it keeps saying Authentication failed. What's my problem

Here are the logs from trying this morning, I used my username in an attempt, my email address in an attempt and the key from the Log On - Buddy Auth Portal site associated w/ my account. To no avail

You are trying to log using wrong info
when you bought your Hb?
 
12/9/2011 1:09:50 AM, and it expires 10/17/2021 1:22:55 AM. I sent an email to support as well to try and get resolution as well
 
I also just found this link I registered there with my same email address, and had to make a user name there, and tried to log in with that. still to no avail. Is there a way i could just get my login information emailed to me or something cause im now registered in like 3 places and i dont remember it ever being this complicated
