Authentication Failed

Honorbuddy won't use my key to login. I know I have the right key in the login, but it tells me that the authentication failed. It has worked for the past couple weeks, but today I tried starting it up and now it will not start up.

It wasn't working last week. giving me this error. Then for about a week it worked. Now it isn't working again.

something is blocking Hb

probably your firewall or an antivirus or something

are you on a limited network?

I'm not on a limited network and I tried turning my firewall and antivirus off and nothing changed. It was working fine last night. I made no changes, didn't even restart my computer or anything and now it wont work.

restart your router and your pc and try again

you can add an exception about Hb in your firewall
