Authentication failed

Hi, when I try logging in via the Honorbuddy client it doesn't work. It says Logging in... but then after that it says Authentication failed!

I've got windows 7, running the 32 bit client, and my WoW is windowed. Not too sure what the problem could be. I'm also a bit dissappointed because on buddyauth.com it says my key is already running. :/

when logging into the bot, you need to use your KEY as your username with no password. make sure your copying and pasting the key correctly, with no spaces before or after the key.
