Authentication Failed!

guys after the new patch I download the new BH and trying to use it but keep saying Authentication failed?

lol no i cant get mine going either, i log in my info and it says authentication failed! not ban, i just started mine today...well not really since it wont run

this is what my log says for all my accounts.

go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
Register if you haven't.
Login (on that site) with the username and password you created (on that site).
Click on Keys.
Find your key, copy and paste it into the username field of HB. Leave the password blank.
Make sure to have no spaces or extra letters/numbers before or after the key.

I've just done that.

I'm still getting the same message.

No spaces / letters / numbers before or after the key.

Everything was fine before servers went offline.

Send email to [email protected]

Include your Forum username, a link to this thread.
The email you used to purchase the key, and the key itself.
Explain that after you got newest HB Release it won't allow you to log in.


Also, just as a maybe. You downloaded this version of HB correct? (Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5462 - Downloads - WOW Bot for PVP Leveling Gathering - Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums)
If not then please download it, and unzip it into a new folder and attempt login through that new install of HB. Don't unzip it over your old HB install (common mistake).

ill try doing that.

My keys are all active on the login part.

I try using my friends key and that wont work either i get the same log. Both purchased off different cards and i never use it its just a back up =s

Also, i clicked the update button in honorbuddy folder and it updated itself.

Dont do that. I know it "should" work, but I don't trust it. Try a download/new folder install.

I used the user name and password on the buddy shop where I did pay for my account not the same old one I think they changed it
I just used the shopaccount user name and password
it seems working but now I find this Logging in...

Yes my realm has restarted, it restarted over 30mins ago and i got the patch from the wow launcher.

sorry it just update it self and after trying again works with buddy shop account any way I hope guys understand from my miss understanding the change they have done to the BH .

If you are on EU Servers, even after downloading update and server restarts somehow our clients are still on Build 15005.
It makes no sense. I'm looking for a quick fix. Try using the first prior release of HB (Build 5459 I believe)
