Authentication Failed.

Hey guys. I recently switched Internet Service Providers and I think that could be the root problem. I recently switched to Time Warner. and now when I load honorbuddy all I get is "Authentication failed" when I hit log in .

I have a Motorola Modem Time warner cable.
The firewall on the modem is DISABLED.
and the ports for Buddies authentication are forwarded.
my old ISP ran this fine.

yes something is blocking Hb

tried to add exceptions on your firewall/antivirus?(keep it enable but add exceptions)
is port 5031 open on your router?

i have just bought the 25 euro one as well and am getting the same message.. wehn i first start it, it crashes and tries and fails to send the error report, then wen i re try, it says 'max sessions, Authentication failed'

i have no anti virus either and everything is open.. any help?

edit: here is what the error says - Could not load file or assembly 'famdll_managed. version=1.0.3829.8764. culture=neutral. publickey token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependenciess. the system cannot find the file specified.
