Authentication failed

hi there,
I'm using HB like always, but now i can't loggin anymore, when i use my key,
HB says that it is a
invalid product key
authentication failed

anyone what to do or how i can get a new key?

it was a one day key?

no i am using it for a month now i did have the same prob befor, but then they did send me a new key.
so now i have it again but did'nt recive a new key
