Authentication Failed

Hello,

I do not like the idea of making a thread solely for an issue I am having, but after reading a number of others; and to no avail I figured I would.

I purchased the Lifetime option back in January and just came back from about six months of not playing.

I have tried countless times to log in, but continually receive the "Invalid Account Details - Authentication Failed" message.

I have reset my password twice, and still no luck. Any ideas from anyone?

are you sure that you are using the correct username(shop username)

try re installing gb/hb then restarting comp?
