Authentication failed!

I've been using Honorbuddy for quite some time now and I fully support you guys because you are just awesome!

However I've been having an issue and I thought posting my problem here might get me some help.

So as the title explains ... I can't log on to Honorbuddy and I have a -not-quite interesting log :.

Logging in...
Authentication failed!
Logging in...
Authentication failed!
Logging in...
Authentication failed!
Logging in...
Authentication failed!

I've read previous posts which suggested some things I could do ... and so I went and did the following.

- Turned off the router for 20 minutes to force an IP change
- Reset my password
- Installed a fresh Honorbuddy
- Typed my log in info
- Disabled my anti virus
- Disabled my Firewall
- Removed all plugins and profiles

And after all that I waited for around 6 hours now ... but still having the same issue over and over again

I'd like some help on that issue, and as always you guys just rock!

try to add an exception for Hb on your antivirus

sometimes even a disabled antivirus can cause problems(many antivirus are not 100% inactive after disabling them)

I added an exception for Honorbuddy on my Anti-virus program, but it did not solve my issue.

I also added an exception for my firewall.

I'm open for any more suggestions on how to fix this issue.

i am having the same problem authentication failed! when i turn on hotspot sheild it works fine but with my normal ip its says authentication failed! please i need your help!

You guys have never let me down!

The bot is working again!

- As for you guys reading this, I really did not do anything more than what I already written. I guess you just have to wait. I waited for about 20 hours, but nothing is perfect, you should expect some downtime.

the login info for Hb is not the same as forums
you must use your key as described here
