authentication failed

I just purchased this today, invoice number is 51428. I've linked the accounts together, tried to log in with HB0812E32 and mrfrostberry as the username. I have reset the password, and it does not contain any special characters. I have disabled the firewall and plugged straight into my modem. I get the same error with the test username, as well. when I log into BuddyAuth.com, I see:

I am at a loss.. I don't know what else to try anymore. I would appreciate any help I can get on this, as I really want to use it.

bump bump. I just checked with my ISP.. They don't block any of the required ports, which I kind of figured, since Skype uses 443 and works perfectly. I also checked 443/5037 with a port checker, and both came back as open.

log on auth portal and kill the sessions that are in use
