Hello there HonorBuddies

I bought HB over a year ago, somewhat forgot it and I now then purchased a new license. However, now that I try to login it says:

Authenticating..
Buddy Sessions: 0/0
--------
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please Purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!

I've bought a license, the money has been withdrawn from my bank account (online banking ftw ), but it still, for whatever reason says I do not have a product.

Can someone please help me out?
