Authentication Failed

I hope someone can help keep getting this. I have uninstalled and re installed .net and c++ as well as HB



Here is my log

Just reinstalled a fresh HB and here is a new log. I have disabled all firewalls too just to try to trouble shoot.

Anyone have any ideas?

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Web Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center


run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.

I have already done that about 3-5 times now. Even the DNS flush ect... Ports..... I have search and searched ways to fix it

Sounds like you are pretty sure that's the issue, something in the logs tell you that? Just curious I know you know your stuff this has been driving me insane lol

I am finding it quite difficult to completely remove .NET Framework, could you help me get going on this?
