Authentication Failed

Dear Honorbuddy x2,

I posted about this last night but got a response that was completely unhelpful and unrelated from some random. I have downloaded the wizard and it didn't do anything to help and every time I attempt to log in I get the same the Authentication Failed. Can I get a real answer and not get it closed before i can even read the thread?

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

Okay so did exactly what you said I think and i am having the same problem again.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

its because your not following directions.

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
