Authentication Failed

Hi guys,
I have a problem with HonorBuddy . Since I reinstall windows 8 , I have an error message at the launch of bot "Authentication Failed"
I followed every step of the guide here

I have already installed all the prerequisites with BuddyWizzard
I also tried to uninstall any version of Microsoft Visual C ++ and reinstall BuddyWizzard but I still have the same error

after your done restart your pc.
