Authentication failed

I tried to login with my old key or my new keys today.But It seems:After I bought the third key and a CC in buddystore, I can not login again.
I feel too bad cause I cant do nothing now.
The new keys are both in "UNUSED / INACTIVE" .The old key is in " ACTIVE"

Hi, Jims, and thanks for the logs.

The problem stems from one of our Auth servers having issues. The team is aware of the problem, and working on it. There is neither work-around nor ETA at the moment.
