Hi i've just purchased honorbuddy, when i click run honorbudd.exe it immediately comes up with "authenticatio failed" even before i'm presented with a screen where i may enter the key i have just received after payment. I have a brand new Msi gaming laptop so there is no problems there. I have gone through all the guide and nothing will fix this. I am quite distressed as this is not the first time i have purchased a product like this and it hasn't worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If i can't get anything working will i be refunded? cheers.
