"Authentication failed"

I've bought Honorbuddy(hb) for a month to get some lvling done.
After unzipping and trying to open the program it keeps coming up with an error message saying "Authentication failed".
I've tried unzipping again and downloading the file again, but none of this works.
I've also tried downloading the honorbuddy installer, to install it instead of just unzipping the files into a new folder.
When I run the installer it comes up with another error message saying: Setup failed and telling me to fix the issues.
I dont' know what the issues are, but it shows a log file that I've attached to this post.

Sorry if I'm being a bit dumb, but I'm not a cumputer whiz.
I've used the zip, and Honorbuddy should be installed and working. But when I open it, it just says authentication failed.
I've seen a couple of other threads with this problem, and the answer seems to be to install this file: Microsoft Download Center
I have done that, and i still get the Authentication failed message.
I don't know how and where to get a log file to attach to you from that error message.

I don't know why the link I'm sending is redirecting to Microsofts page either. But the link is supposed to be to download an exe file called vcredist_x86

It seems that the file didn't install correctly, and after doing it again and restarting my pc, Honorbuddy looks like its working.
