Authentication failed

I just formatted computer into Window8 last night.
Authentication failed kept happening from then.

It says, This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher.
I'm using 64-bit operating system.

after your done restart your pc.

I have exactly the same issue as mickyloo. Ran wizard attached to second post, restarted Windows. Nothing changed. Ran VC file linked in 4th post, restarted Windows. Still getting same error "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."

Windows 8.1. Weird thing is, I used to run HB on that laptop about 8-9 months ago without any issues.
