Authentication failed

Hi,

I bought a key, check into auth portal and my key appear into UNUSED / INACTIVE part.

I tried to restart the computer, open a HB launcher, follow all steps according the manual and at the end appear this: Authentication failed. How can fix that?!

Moderador Tony,

I follow an authentication failed wiki and fixed the issue. In my case was loopback network connection that was activated and I unistall, reboot and works!!!
