Authentication Failed

I have done everything the manual suggests, I have uninstalled, reinstalled everything. I have even tried using the BuddyDependency wizard. Whether I attempt to use the standalone or the beta build I am unable to connect with my lifetime key. I do not have any sessions running to kill.

add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus

also flush your DNS

I attempted it with my firewall turned off, antivirus disabled and flushed the DNS. Afterwards I rebooted and tried it again. Still receive Authentication Failure.

enable your antivirus and firewall and set exceptions

also check under network adapters for a loopback network adapter and if there is one,uninstall it

It was a loopback adapter.
