Authentication failed

I just bought Demonbuddy for 30 days 1 hour ago problem that key I got in e-mail every time I use keep saying Authentication failed.
I did register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal I can see the key but not working at all I feel bad luck from start

I just bought it new I don't know what is going on I download it from the page I Paid for it and I got key in e-mail using windows 7 64 bit I used to use honornuddy from 1 year go but I quit wow long time never tried it

when I try to open demonbuddy it crashed and ask me to close DB and that info show under it

I remove all file and download new one it is working ... anyway when I saw Authentication failed . I was thinking from the key but I reinstall and now working gone try it thanks
