Authentication Failed when starting HB

As soon as i start HB i get authentication failed message.

I tried downloading the latest version from the website and running that and same issue.

anyone got any ideas what i can try the authentication message pops up a second after starting HB and i have this for all instances of HB which i have on my computer

I removed all instances of visual c++ redistributable and rebooted machine, then used the HB installer but still no success

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
