"Authentication failed" when logging in... Plus some serious problems!!

Okay so here is the deal...
I went to google and type in honorbuddy in the search. it brought me to " http://www.honorbuddy.com/"

Where i proceeded to buy the bot through that site. I put in all my card info and all that jazz and bought with ease. The thing is, they "bossland" (the website) sent me like 5 emails.

One of the emails reads "Bossland GmbH - Your Honorbuddy Username and Password" as the title.
The user and password is a bunch of random numbers and letters that make no sense.
My account profile on the buddy forum upgraded and called me a "buddy" and i could also download the bot itself.

Now here is where the problem lies. in one of the emails it says " Dear andrew,

Thank you for registering with us!

You can login to your account any time here:
http://shop.buddymaster.com/?_page=account:account"

The thing is, i can't! Everytime i try to login using the user and pass, that they gave me in the email ( the random numbers and such) or the user and pass for the buddy forum it always says " The username or password you have provided does not match our records."

I also cannot log into the bot itself either. I always get " Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed! " when logging in....

So i honestly, with a friend, have spent hours trying to figure this all out! I am all out of ideas and don't know what else to do. With that said i am reaching out for a helping hand...

Any ideas anyone?! Thanks.

I tryed this one to, and it really pissed off. until i found out the Login is Case Sensetive.

Could this be the problem

Could also just be me that did not notice this :D

Well with the password and user they sent me i tried everything.. I have heard that also.
I also tried the user and pass for this site many ways, but no luck.. haha.

Thanks though! I hope this gets situated soon, i was really eager haha.
 
Just found the mail you are talking about, the mail, with username and Activation code. that is only the email you verify your user on www.thebuddyforum.com

think you now need to add your account you made to pay HB in here :)

under settings you can add the payment account and you should be up and running :) (payment account is case sensitive)

if this is not the problem in have no more ideas :D

you have to link your shop* account to your forum account. there's plenty of sticky's in here to figure it out.
