Problem solved. I followed the steps in the link. I installed net. 4.5.2 and rebooted. I then installed 4.5.1 and did windows updates to get 4.5.2 and then downloaded buddywizard again then ran windows updates and rebooted. I then re-downloaded honorbuddy and it worked.
