Authentication Failed: Unable to connect to buddy servers

Hello, I just downloaded HB and now I keep getting this error. I've done a fresh re-install/reboot of HB, .net framework as well as MVC++. I have also ran the BuddyWizard to see if that would help, but to no avail.

I've attached the most recent log below, hopefully I can get this straightened out.
