Authentication failed. Unable to connect to Buddy server.

As I try to open HB it says that .. I ran Buddywizard and I ran in administrator mode.. Tried to restart.. but still doesn't work..

Tried 2 times but same error

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

If no joy, let's try once again to make certain your dependencies are intact. Follow the steps for "Repairing it manually" here:

I used to have avast as antivirus but I unistalled it, so right now there's not an antivirus

Either you are skipping steps in following instructions, or there is something seriously damaged in your Windows machine.
Please PM Tony and arrange a time with to him to have a look via TeamViewer and Skype. You will need to have these installed on your machine:

• TeamViewer
• Skype
