Been seeing this occur every now and again over the past few months, but a lot more frequently the last few days.
I've seen a number of other reports from other users of similar issues as well, although not sure what the solution has been. There was a thread floating around where HB staff had asked for people who can produce the error consistently to contact them.
Basically when logging in I get an error message stating "Authentication Failed. Server Error."
If I press okay, and try again it works fine usually.
This is very frustrating as i use HBRelog over a LOT of characters, and this halts the entire process.
Please advise on solutions to this (I understand from previous posts this had been attributed to transient network problems at OVH - if that is the case might I suggest a 30 second timeout on the error message followed by a retry?).
