Authentication failed! On log in.

Hello,

Bought a trial 3 day key yesterday. I received the email with the key, but login fails. Stating Max Session. Attached are the log file instructed by Tony from support. Sadly the attachment function is not working. 4 log files were created only 2 had data.

1) Flush your DNS

2) Restore your windows hosts file

3) head on to buddyauth.com,register with the email address you used to purchase DB. login there and kill the sessions.

After you've done these 3 steps, try logging on. it should be fine for you.

also make sure there is no loopback adapter installed under network adapters

Thank you for your support on this. That worked. Now the application stops working on first login attempt which is using the key and on second max sessions again. No log file created for stop working on login.

Also tried running as Admin and under windows xp s3 mode. No dice.

Yes. When I apply the key for login, I get a windows message stating the program has stopped working.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
