Authentication failed! Max Sessions

I cant even log in to the program I just bought the software i haven't used
this program ever. the errors is

Max sessions
authentication failed

not sure what the problems is.

If you need me to provide an order number I can.

Same here!!!!!
 
Can the support team enlighten us on this issue! The BOT now logs out itself! Attempt log in and it says Max Session! Then sometimes authentication fails...

Closing Diablo fixes this... did you even try to fix it or you just made a post?
