Authentication failed? Just bought a key

Hallo everyone!

I just bought the 3 day key to try out your diablo bot but sadly i get a error msg "Invalid product key! Authentication failed"
I am 100% sure that it is the correct product key i am using, so how do i proceed from here?

clear your settings folder and type your key,do not copy/paste it
