Bot says "Authentication failed. Invalid product key." when I am trying to use it. It did this a couple weeks ago and they fixed it but now it's doing it again!!

I have written multiple emails, and have gotten this message on and off the last couple weeks or so. They seemed to have fix it but now it's doing this again out of nowhere.

I am writing this because nobody responds back to my email I am sending them. I need somebody to contact me regarding this because this has been a problem now for over a couple of weeks and its becoming problematic.

HELP please!! This is interfering with my paid key that I have had since like 2011.

It has been 24 hours and I still have not received a response. I sent another email, and this time I provided my actual key. I am hoping to get an actual response. I am only making this post because there is no other place to get ahold of somebody regarding this matter.

Once again, the forum staff do not have access to the account information or tools needed to assist you with this problem. Only the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected] can assist you with this matter.

However, what happens when you never get a response?

Nobody on the site can get in touch with them?

I'm going on a week and I haven't received a response, and do not know how else to get in contact besides the forums.

It might be that they do not have enough info from you to help or that there is a huge support queue atm.

After I tried to send the ticket, I got this message ontop of the website:
"You have been suspended from this account. You are not allowed to submit requests at this time."

Why is this? I have never done anything wrong at all ever in this community. lol.

I'm so confused. Can somebody fix that? That clearly is an error of some kind.
