Authentication Failed - error on start up

Hi

Basically, just bought HB for 25 euro and wen i first start it, it crashes giving this error - Could not load file or assembly 'famdll_managed. version=1.0.3829.8764. culture=neutral. publickey token=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependenciess. the system cannot find the file specified.

it wont let me send the report either, once i close it down and restart the error is - logging in...

its the same everytime no matter how long i leave it.

on what OS are you?

redownload Hb again and make a new installation from scratch

os is window 7

i have d/l the older version you have and it seems to start up so not sure if your missing the /dll file or summit.

im by far no expert with this sort of stuff so i will prob ask loads of questions till i get going.
