You may not like that I post this and in this forum at that. This is mt first post ever. Anyway, once again I received I Authentication failed error after updating honorbuddy. This has happened several times in the past, but I have always been able to find the solution by reading the help you gave to others. This time, I had no such luck. So, I excitedly prepared my first ever support post. I uploaded the log file as you have said and seem to have to repeat to people seveal times a day. As a last step, I referred back to your instructions on loading a log file and saw where you said to clear the cache and do a completely new clean install, which you said often solves the problem. I knew it was a waste of time, but I did it anyway. And what do you know...it solved the problem! Now, I am left here heartbroken that at last I was unable to post to support and get help. I am so disappointed! But I know there is nothing you can do to help me in that department, so I just posted this instead.
I do thank you for all you do in helping us all with our difficulties with Honorbuddy. I don't think I have ever seen such excellent customer service in any product I have owned as I have seen with Honorbuddy. Thank you for the support, a great program, and many hours of enhanced fun in WOW.
