Authentication Failed D:

Hi I purchased the HonorBuddy Elite season about 1 week ago... It has been working perfect but just about 30 minutes ago when i went to login it says "Max Sessions Authentication Failed" And my brother has HonorBuddy Elite aswell and they sent him a username and pass to log into HonorBuddy but only sent me a 20 Digit "Key" and said to put that in the username slot and put no password.

Please help me!

Also just letting you guys know I am on my brothers forum account... whenever i log in to the account that i made it kinda glitches out.

make a new Hb installation from scratch and write down your key
dont copy/paste it
